What should I do if I'm having trouble paying my loans?
Call us! We understand that circumstances can change and money can get tight. If you're anticipating you'll be a little short, or late with a payment, please give us a call. We will do our best to work with you, and try to find a solution that helps. If we can put a new plan in place, it may help before things snowball. Ultimately, the best thing to do is to communicate with us.
What options do I have?
Every scenario is different, and what may work with one member may not work for another. Some ways we've been able to work with members to help are by:
- Changing a due date
- Setting up partial payments
- Refinancing the loan
- Payment extensions
